Viewing API Log Data

You can view API processing logs and error messages by using the Event Log Listing page. To navigate to the Event Log Listing page, select Web Administration>Audit>Event Log. Following is an example of the Event Log Listing page.

Perform the following steps to view API log data.

1. Select a date range for the API data you are looking for in the From Date and To Date fields.
2. If desired, you can select an event range in the From Event and To Event fields.
3. Select an API from the Source drop-down menu. APIs will appear in all capital letters. For this example, we are selecting the PRICE_ADJS API.
4. If you want to specifically search for logs designated as Critical, Error, Warning, or Information, then click their respective checkboxes.
5. If you want to search for a specific text string, enter it in the Message Text String field. For this example, we are entering "results" in the Message Text String field.
6. Click the Search button to view your search results.
